- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand business connections.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements
- 2 5 years of proven experience in business development/sales in the interior design, fit out, or construction industry in the UAE
- Strong understanding of the UAE market, key players, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently

- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Executive with 2 5 years of experience in the interior design, fit out, or construction industry in the UAE market.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our interior design projects.
