- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase clinic revenue and client base
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and healthcare professionals
- Promote aesthetic services and treatment packages to potential clients
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful bookings
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Conduct market analysis and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends
- Represent the clinic professionally at meetings, events, and business networking opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Business Development, Sales, or related fields
- Experience in Aesthetic Clinic, Healthcare, Beauty, or Medical Industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Target oriented with ability to achieve sales goals
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- Immediate joiners are preferred
