- Conduct consultation, discovery, and advisory meetings with prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, market research, and strategic outreach
- Manage both company generated and self sourced leads throughout the entire sales cycle
- Present company solutions and services tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and successfully close deals
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to support business growth initiatives and ensure excellent client experience
- Follow up consistently on leads and maximize conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity reports
- Represent the company at meetings, presentations, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales, revenue, and performance targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in UAE Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a similar client facing role
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives, business owners, and key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while taking ownership of business opportunities from lead generation to closure
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach
- Self motivated, target driven, and results oriented mindset
- Excellent networking and relationship building abilities
- Previous experience within a UAE Corporate Service Provider (CSP), business consultancy, company formation, immigration, residency, banking, tax, or related professional services environment is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

Position Overview
- Seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
- Reporting directly to the Business Development Director and working closely with the Marketing Manager.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building long term client relationships.
