Overview

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Business Development Director/Sales Head for a Luxury Property Brokerage.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across luxury residential, off-plan, and investment properties.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of investors, buyers, developers, and strategic partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in business development, luxury real estate sales, or investment advisory.
  • Strong network within Dubai/UAE real estate and investment sectors.
