Role Overview
Support business analysis and data activities on ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
The role offers hands-on ServiceNow experience alongside senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Join discovery workshops with HR and business stakeholders to capture requirements.
- Document current-state and future-state HR processes, case types, and reporting needs.
- Collect and review HR data for missing values, duplicates, and inconsistent formats.
- Prepare data mappings, dictionaries, and business rules with guidance from the HRSD consultant.
- Prepare user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Support UAT, defect follow-up, and go-live readiness.
