Responsibilities
- Learn and become an expert on the Property Finder solution portfolio
- Sell technology enabled advertising and property listing solutions to new real estate brokerages
- Identify opportunities and work with Sales Development Reps to qualify and win new prospects
- Use a consultative approach to identify prospects' needs and match to appropriate solutions
- Record opportunities and activities within Salesforce CRM on a weekly basis
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue expectations with predictability
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships through consistent support and consultation
- Prepare and present business proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or science
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in SaaS or subscription environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proven track of predictable forecasting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Position Summary
- The Business Consultant is responsible for retaining and growing our customer base through consistent business consultations, coaching, and training, using data to drive conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and become an expert on the Property Finder solution portfolio.
- Sell technology enabled advertising and property listing solutions to new Real Estate Brokerages.
- Identify opportunities and work with Sales Development Reps to qualify and win new prospects.
- Use a consultative approach to identify prospects' needs and match to appropriate solutions.

Desired Qualifications

- Public speaking, communication, presentation, data translation skills.
- Adept in talking to key decision makers.
- Assertive, influential, highly motivated.
- Good understanding of the real estate industry is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
