About the Role
Property Finder is looking for an AI Transformation Manager to drive AI use-cases end-to-end, owning the roadmap, delivery, and go-to-market. The role involves AI strategy, product delivery, client rollout, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Own the AI transformation roadmap, prioritizing use cases and driving consensus across stakeholders
- Drive end to end delivery of AI products and agents from build through testing, go live, and iteration
- Set quality and performance bars and define test cases and acceptance criteria
- Design and execute go to market for AI products including target segments and launch sequencing
- Define and track metrics such as adoption, accuracy, ROI, and token/cost efficiency
- Consolidate stakeholder and client feedback into trackers and structured reviews
- Act as connective layer across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partners
- Coach and direct junior team members supporting AI workstreams
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in a high performance environment (top tier consulting + strategy, product, or AI/technology)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross functional projects end to end
- Strong fluency with applied AI practical understanding of LLMs, agents, and AI product workflows
- Experience driving go to market or commercial rollout
- Comfort with data: able to define metrics and build business cases
- Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills
- Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities
- Own AI transformation roadmap, prioritize use cases, drive consensus.
- Translate opportunities into scoped initiatives with success metrics.
- Drive end to end delivery of AI products and agents.
- Set quality and performance bars, define test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Run disciplined launch governance with Go/No Go decisions.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to unblock delivery.
- Manage external AI vendors against scope, cost, and quality.
- Design and execute GTM for AI products.
- Build supporting assets for rollout: sales scripts, manuals, etc.
- Coordinate sales leaders and client facing teams through testing and launch.
- Define and track adoption, accuracy, ROI, token/cost efficiency.
- Consolidate feedback into trackers and structured reviews.
Desired Qualifications
- 5–6 years in high performance environment (top tier consulting + strategy, product, or AI/technology).
- Prior work in software engineering is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex cross functional projects.
- Strong fluency with applied AI (LLMs, agents, AI workflows).
- Experience driving go to market or commercial rollout.
- Comfort with data: define metrics, build business cases.
- Excellent storytelling and executive communication.
- Ability to work with and influence people at all levels.
- Fluency in English.
