Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business analysis to define project scope and objectives
- Collect and document comprehensive business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, focus groups, and surveys
- Prepare detailed Request for Proposals (RFPs) for sourcing vendors and solutions
- Write and thoroughly review test use cases to cover all functional and non functional requirements
- Lead the project testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
- Regularly report on status and progress of business analysis, testing, and overall project health to stakeholders and the PMO
- Assist in managing the day to day operations of the PMO department
- Support project management guidelines for enhancing project processes
- Provide advice and guidance during RFP development
- Lead, guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of test cases
Requirements
- Hands on Business Analysis experience in Banking or Financial Institutions
- Strong experience in T24 Core Banking
- Hands on experience in Digital Banking, Banking Channels, Payments, and AML projects
- Expertise in Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, Use Cases, Gap Analysis, and Process Mapping
- Strong experience in RFP preparation, Vendor Evaluation, and Stakeholder Management
- Good understanding of Project Management and PMO governance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- PMI PBA certified or related certificates
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience in a Bank or Financial Institute in IT PMO function

Job Purpose
- To conduct in depth business analysis, gathering and documenting both functional and non functional requirements, leading the development of RFPs for vendor selection, writing and reviewing business use cases and test cases, overseeing project requirements, and testing phases to ensure the successfu
- Ensure full compliance with organization and PMO framework towards the successful delivery of bank digital transformation related projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Project Business Analysis: conduct thorough business analysis to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: collect and document comprehensive business and technical requirements through various techniques.
- RFP Development and Vendor Selection: prepare detailed Request for Proposals (RFPs) for sourcing vendors and solutions.
- Test Case Development and Review: write and thoroughly review test use cases to cover all functional and non functional requirements.
- Testing and UAT Leadership: lead the project testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Reporting and Compliance: regularly report on status and progress of business analysis, testing, and overall project health.
- Operations Management: assist in managing the day to day operations of the PMO department.
- Project Management Office Programs and Guidelines: support project management guidelines.
- Selection and RFP Support: provide advice and guidance during RFP development.
- Testing Management: collaborate with stakeholders to devise test objectives, policies, strategies and plans.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMI PBA certified or related certificates.
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience in a Bank or Financial Institute in IT PMO function.
- Strong experience in T24 core banking modules, digital banking, channels, payment, AML.
- Knowledge of Project Management (principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes).
- Knowledge of Portfolio and relationship management.
- Knowledge of industry practices.
