The Opportunity
The Business Analyst serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams.
The role translates complex business objectives into actionable requirements and solution designs.
The role supports enterprise modernization across advisor, client, operations, compliance, and corporate functions.
Location
- The vacancy may be based in any Wellington-Altus corporate office.
Strategic Business Analysis
- Lead requirements elicitation and discovery workshops for large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Define business capabilities, business cases, strategic roadmaps, solution requirements, and implementation plans.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation.
Solution Analysis and Design
- Develop business and functional requirements, use cases, user stories, process maps, business rules, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with Solution Analysts, Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, and QA teams.
