- This posting is for an existing vacancy in Wellington-Altus’ Calgary office.
The Opportunity
The Associate is a key member of the West Oak Family Office team.
The role supports client relationships and delivers investment management and family office services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior portfolio managers in delivering wealth management services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.
- Manage client relationships, coordinate meetings and materials, attend meetings as requested, and provide proactive follow-up.
- Collaborate with planners, associates, traders, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive and bespoke client solutions.
- Improve operational policies and processes and stay current with administrative and compliance procedures.
- Maintain client records and CRM documentation, ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance, and maintain client files.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least five years of wealth management experience in a direct client support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
