Role Overview
The Associate supports a portfolio management team with account administration, client onboarding, operational workflows, and portfolio support.
The role uses technology, data analysis, and automation to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and enhance client and team experiences.
Team Context
The Trivest Wealth Counsel team provides a boutique wealth management approach supported by Wellington-Altus resources and affiliated organizations.
Technology and Process Improvement
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools for business operations.
- Use Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools to improve efficiency and organization.
- Identify workflow improvements and support operational initiatives and continuous improvement.
Client Administration and Operations
- Coordinate account opening and maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and client records.
- Manage account administration, transfers, cash movements, and client service requests.
- Maintain CRM data, spreadsheets, and operational tracking tools accurately.
