Position overview
Business Analyst responsible for process mapping, gap identification, system improvement, and software-based execution.
The analyst works directly with the owner and reviews analytical work before it reaches the owner.
The client is Bhalaria Metal Craft, a manufacturer, white-labeler, and exporter of stainless steel kitchenware, tableware, and barware.
Experience and must-have skills
- The role requires at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong Excel skills are required, including formulas, workbook structuring, and auditing spreadsheets.
- Python with pandas or equivalent data tools is required.
- An analytical, structured, logical approach and strong error-catching ability are required.
- Good communication skills and comfort extracting process knowledge from colleagues are required.
Key responsibilities
- Understand processes across departments and map current flows such as production planning, forecasting, and costing.
- Identify process gaps, design improved systems, and implement them with Python, pandas, Excel, or equivalent tools.
- Build and maintain automation for recurring analysis and reporting.
