Business Analyst - PMO Tools & Process

The Analyst IV, Business performs business requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation to support enhancements and solutions that address defined business needs. This is in support of the Project Management Office for internal tools and processes.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes. Participate in solution reviews, testing support, and requirement validation.

Document business requirements and functional specifications.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve solution usability.

Support process mapping, workflow creation, and gap analysis.

5+ years of business analysis experience. Intermediate to advanced experience with Clarity, PowerBI, SharePoint and Atlassian Tools. Experience supporting technology-enabled process improvements.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.

General understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile scrum, SAFe.

5+ years of business analysis experience.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Intermediate to advanced experience with Clarity, PowerBI, SharePoint and Atlassian Tools
