Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from January 19, 2027 through June 4, 2027. We have a hybrid work environment that requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Please submit your resume including your cumulative GPA. Transcripts may be requested at a future date.

Reporting

This Co-op will develop reporting tools and Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into initiatives such as Catalog Reviews, New Item Development, Supplier Transitions, On-Time/Late Items, and Resets. The Own Brands Program Management Team provides portfolio visibility, reporting, and project oversight for strategic Own Brands initiatives.

Support

Working cross-functionally across the organization, the team develops tools and insights that support informed decision-making and ensure progress toward key business objectives.

Data

The role will support data analysis, project reporting, and stakeholder communications by delivering timely, accurate insights and collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve data quality and reporting effectiveness.

The Own Brands Program Management Team provides portfolio visibility, reporting, and project oversight for strategic Own Brands initiatives.

Education & Experience

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field. Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. Interest in retail, merchandising, product development, or business intelligence reporting preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable business insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Power Automate or any automation expertise. Understanding of data validation and quality assurance principles. Ability to track project milestones, timelines, and performance metrics. Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly to various stakeholders.
