Role Overview
Lead strategy and growth for Home and Electronics categories in a third-party marketplace serving customers in Saudi Arabia.
Own substantial category P&L portions while developing seller incentives, selection strategies, and customer experience improvements.
Use retail expertise, digital commerce knowledge, analytics, and cross-functional influence to shape category performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with category leadership on planning, business strategy, customer experience, sales growth, assortment optimization, and seasonal offerings.
- Recruit strategic sellers, expand selection, onboard small and mid-size brands, and create incentives for national and international brands.
- Improve third-party customer experience and maintain parity with first-party offerings.
- Partner with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain teams to improve product standards and delivery experiences.
- Review sales performance, conduct seller business reviews, analyze market data, and develop category growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- At least 4 years of cross-functional experience with non-technical teams.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, SQL, or other data management systems.
- Experience influencing stakeholders, leading cross-functional projects, managing complex programs, and delivering P&L results.
