  • Optimize, automate, and scale analysis into repeatable solutions and decision support tools.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and improve existing visualization systems.
  • Document data flows, systems, and processes.
  • Develop reporting tools and deliver training for non-analytical end users.
  • Apply risk-informed decisions in line with BMO policies, standards, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Foundational proficiency in technical design optimization, decision making, systems thinking, data visualization, data storytelling, data mining, and insights reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Typically requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a related post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Specialized knowledge may come from education or business experience.

Compensation

  • The listed salary range is $45,500 to $84,500.
