Responsibilities
- Design dashboards and analyses and select appropriate visualization and analytics tools.

- Build reporting dashboards using data extraction, cleaning, and visualization techniques.
- Optimize, automate, and scale analysis into repeatable solutions and decision support tools.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and improve existing visualization systems.
- Document data flows, systems, and processes.
- Develop reporting tools and deliver training for non-analytical end users.
- Apply risk-informed decisions in line with BMO policies, standards, procedures, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Foundational proficiency in technical design optimization, decision making, systems thinking, data visualization, data storytelling, data mining, and insights reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Typically requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a related post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specialized knowledge may come from education or business experience.
Compensation
- The listed salary range is $45,500 to $84,500.
- The pay type is salaried, and compensation may vary by location, skills, experience, education, qualifications, and role type.
