BUSINESS ANALYST - CORPORATE BANKING (LIQUIDITY & CASH MANAGEMENT)

Role Purpose

Liquidity and Cash Management Products

• Define propositions for physical pooling, applicable notional pooling, and automated account sweeping.
• Document customer hierarchies, account structures, concentration arrangements, and participating-account rules.
• Define sweep thresholds, targets, frequencies, priorities, currencies, and execution schedules.
• Capture requirements for zero-balancing, target-balancing, and other sweeping structures.

Product Rules and Operations

• Define interest allocation, balance reporting, liquidity positions, fees, and internal accounting requirements.
• Document onboarding, mandates, account maintenance, suspension, and termination requirements.
• Define exception handling for insufficient funds, blocked accounts, failed sweeps, value-date differences, and processing cut-offs.

Integration and Documentation

• Identify dependencies across core banking, treasury, payments, accounting, digital channels, and reporting platforms.
• Develop detailed BRDs, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and secure business approval and sign-off.

Required Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in transaction banking, liquidity management, or corporate cash management.
• Direct experience with cash pooling and automated sweeping products.
• Strong understanding of corporate account structures, liquidity positions, interest allocation, and accounting treatments.
• Experience translating complex liquidity products into implementable business requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Saudi or GCC banking experience is strongly preferred.
