Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Document business requirements and define project scope and success metrics.
- Perform data-driven analysis using spreadsheets, Excel sheets, dashboards, and reporting.
- Track projects using tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Improve processes and manage stakeholders.
- Apply problem-solving, prioritization, structured decision-making, communication, ownership, and accountability.
- Report progress and provide recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Spreadsheets and Excel reporting skills are required.
- Basic data analysis and dashboard skills are required.
- Requirements documentation skills are required.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira or Trello is required.
- Stakeholder management, clear communication, problem-solving, prioritization, structured decision-making, ownership, and accountability are required.
