Role Summary
The Business Analyst (BA) will be accountable for ensuring that all the Requirements of the
Business is captured adequately from the time a business need is identified and to maintain
the consistency in Requirement Management throughout the Agile development life cycle.
Job Description
- Provide Business Solutions which is always Customer Centric
- Drives/Contributes in the Business Requirements gathering workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to understand the e2e User Journeys and provide Business solutions
- Deep understanding of platforms to be able to provide implementation approach for customer facing web applications, middle ware integration and backend system architecture.
- Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining the prioritized backlogs for multiple products as the Development Team’s provide estimates for the upcoming items
- Assist the Product Owner in the Story refinement
Experience & Skills
- 5-8 years of business analysis and related experience with at least 3 years within a reputed bank/financial institution and wealth domain
- Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining the prioritized backlogs for multiple products as the Development Team’s provide estimates for the upcoming items
- Deep understanding of platforms in order to be able to provide implementation approach
- for customer facing web application, middle ware integration and backend system
- architecture.
