Gather requirements, analyze processes, and help deliver effective solutions while supporting project delivery and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and operational needs.
- Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support solution design and implementation activities.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and business analysis deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams.
- Assist in project planning and implementation activities.
Required Skills
- Business and process analysis.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and project delivery methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related role.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent are preferred.
