Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is required; the source lists BBA as the qualification.
- The qualification section states 5 to 8 years of experience, while another section states a minimum of 3 to 4 years in marketing or project management.
- Experience in trade marketing or sales management is desirable.
- Knowledge of the German trade landscape is an added advantage.
Skills and knowledge
- Experience managing trade marketing operations and projects is required.
- Experience with Coupa, Power BI, and Excel is stated across the skills sections.
- German language proficiency is required for spoken and written communication.
- The role requires analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management skills.

Core responsibilities
- Plan annual projects by agency and integrate ad hoc requests while balancing capacity, lead times, and execution constraints.
- Plan, prepare, execute, and evaluate several trade projects in parallel.
- Coordinate project briefings, timelines, supplier proposals, procurement alignment, agency training, reporting, and KPIs.
- Act as the point of contact for service providers and coordinate issue resolution with key account and delivery stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, escalate risks, coordinate regional quality assessment shipments, and track deadlines.
- Create purchase orders, review supplier invoices, and monitor project budgets.
- Support business reviews, process optimization, new process implementation, tenders, supplier agreements, and cross-functional initiatives.
