Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Brokerage Relationship Manager - Employee Benefits.
The role involves managing and developing relationships with insurance brokers, ensuring smooth communication and effective problem resolution.
Key responsibilities include presenting customized employee benefits packages, identifying business opportunities, overseeing client accounts, and acting as a key point of contact for brokers.
The role requires strategic collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Relationship Management, with a proven track record of working collaboratively with brokers and clients.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits, insurance products, and market trends.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage Client Accounts and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions aligning with client needs.
- Demonstrated skills in Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution, ensuring a professional approach to security challenges and client concerns.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant business software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. A professional insurance certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the UAE insurance market is highly desirable.
