Role Description

  • The Life Insurance Consultant is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for advising individuals and businesses on suitable life insurance solutions.
  • The role includes assessing client needs, explaining policy options and coverage features, and preparing tailored proposals that align with clients’ financial and protection goals.
  • The consultant will manage end to end policy servicing, including applications, documentation, and coordination with underwriting and customer support teams.
  • Daily activities also involve maintaining regular contact with clients, handling inquiries, conducting policy reviews, and supporting claims related guidance to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards while meeting sales and service targets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Insurance and Consulting skills, with experience in advising on life insurance products and solutions.
  • Candidates should possess solid Finance and analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate affordability, and explain financial implications clearly.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and handle complex inquiries professionally.
  • Candidates should preferably have experience in the UAE insurance market and knowledge of relevant regulations and industry practices.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet performance targets ethically.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications in insurance or financial planning are an advantage.
  • Candidates should be proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software, and be able to work effectively in a structured, on site environment.
