- Hands on experience with Innoveo Skye or any low code/no code platform is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Techno Functional Business Analyst with experience in General Insurance applications.

- The ideal candidate should be comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders, QA teams, and vendors while supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement workshops and perform gap analysis.
- Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and vendors.

Technical Skills
- Requirements analysis and documentation.
- Understanding of APIs, REST services, JSON, and system integrations.
- SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications & Soft Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
- Business Analyst / Techno Functional Analyst, including at least 2 years in the General Insurance domain.
- Experience in insurance products such as Motor, Travel, Home and related lines.
- Hands on experience with Innoveo Skye or any low code/no code platform is a strong advantage.
