- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms across the UAE
- Act as the main point of contact for brokers, providing project updates, marketing materials, and support
- Organize and host regular broker meetings, events, and site visits
- Monitor broker performance and provide feedback to management on productivity and lead quality
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and development teams to equip brokers with necessary tools and information
- Negotiate and manage commission structures and brokerage agreements
- Maintain a comprehensive broker database and ensure accurate tracking of sales activities
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
Requirements
- Proven experience in broker relations within a real estate development company in the UAE
- Excellent network of real estate brokerages and agents across the UAE
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and sales procedures
- Fluency in English
