Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Partnership Manager to join our team.
  • The team is responsible to manage and drive its Turkey business. As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains competitive and innovative in the market.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and crafting and executing a strategy for a designated book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing book of business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Driving sales growth by leading and closing deals with key clients
  • Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth
  • Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement
  • Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics
  • Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Collaborating cross functionally to ensure the improvement of product, process, and client relationships
  • Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up to date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi business clients.
  • Experience in analyzing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations.
  • Sales or Business Development background and solid knowledge of the Advertising Market.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is essential to the nature of the region and businesses this employee will be managing across the Turkish market.
  • Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers (including senior / c level stakeholders)
  • Experience in digital sales is a plus
  • Self starter, fast learner with a start up spirit
  • Strong business and commercial acumen as well as an understanding of different business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
