- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target accounts

- Regularly review clients' performance and design individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement

- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement of product, process, and client relationships
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi business clients
- Experience in analyzing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations
- Sales or Business Development background and solid knowledge of the Advertising Market
- Fluency in English and Turkish is essential
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers (including senior / c level stakeholders)

Responsibilities
- We are seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Partnership Manager to join our team.
- The team is responsible to manage and drive its Turkey business. As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains competitive and innovative in the market.
- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and crafting and executing a strategy for a designated book of business.
Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing book of business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Driving sales growth by leading and closing deals with key clients
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth
- Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Collaborating cross functionally to ensure the improvement of product, process, and client relationships
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up to date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi business clients.
- Experience in analyzing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations.
- Sales or Business Development background and solid knowledge of the Advertising Market.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is essential to the nature of the region and businesses this employee will be managing across the Turkish market.
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers (including senior / c level stakeholders)
- Experience in digital sales is a plus
- Self starter, fast learner with a start up spirit
- Strong business and commercial acumen as well as an understanding of different business models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
