About the Role
Saburi Ply is looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Branch Head – North East to lead and manage its business operations across the North Eastern region. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Building Materials industry , with a proven ability to drive sales, build high-performing teams, strengthen channel networks, and ensure profitable business growth. Candidates with prior experience in the Plywood industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business operations and sales performance across the North East region.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Build, manage, and strengthen the dealer, distributor, and retailer network across all North Eastern states.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Regional Managers, Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Sales Executives.
- Identify new business opportunities, appoint channel partners, and expand market coverage.
- Develop strong relationships with key dealers, architects, builders, contractors, institutional customers, and influencers.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
- Drive effective collection management and maintain healthy receivables.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Head Office to ensure seamless business operations.
