Role Description
- The Blasting & Painting Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- This role oversees surface preparation and coating activities, including abrasive blasting, priming, and spray painting of vessels, structures, and steel components.
- The foreman coordinates daily work plans, assigns tasks to blasting and painting crews, and monitors progress to meet project schedules and quality requirements.
- Responsibilities include inspecting surfaces before and after blasting and painting, ensuring correct use of materials and equipment, and enforcing safety procedures and environmental controls.
- The foreman also liaises with supervisors and inspectors, maintains work records, and supports training and guidance for team members to ensure consistent, high-standard results.
