About the Role
AECOM seeks an innovative BIM Manager to lead Building Information Modeling processes in Riyadh. You will develop BIM strategies, manage Common Data Environments, and ensure multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with project goals and organizational objectives
- Manage the configuration and administration of Common Data Environments (CDE) for projects
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM execution and delivery, ensuring seamless coordination among team members
- Create and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and related documentation
- Oversee the setup and management of federated models for complex projects
- Conduct regular audits of BIM models and report on BEP compliance
- Curate and manage BIM objects, families, and templates to maintain consistency and quality
- Configure project specific content and templates to meet required standards
- Establish and administer digital quality assurance and control procedures
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to project teams on BIM workflows and best practices
- Lead the integration of point cloud surveys and 4D data with Project Information Models
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in BIM practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology, Construction Technology, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of industry experience in BIM and Digital Delivery
- Formal multidisciplinary BIM Manager/Coordinator role experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and InfraWorks
- Experience with Common Data Environment platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise
- Expertise in multidisciplinary coordination tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, or ACC Model Coordination
- Working knowledge of visual programming languages (Dynamo, Bentley Generative Components, or Grasshopper)
- Strong understanding of technical design processes and construction knowledge for Transport and Civil Infrastructure disciplines
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
