Job Purpose
Lead the implementation and management of BIM and digital engineering strategies across projects.
Ensure digital coordination, information integration, model quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
BIM Strategy and Delivery
- Develop BIM and digital engineering strategies, standards, procedures, and workflows across assigned projects.
- Lead BIM implementation from design development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage BIM Execution Plans, Employer's Information Requirements, and related project documentation.
- Establish modelling protocols, naming conventions, Level of Information Need, and data requirements.
Coordination and Quality
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models across architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, and other disciplines.
- Lead clash detection, constructability reviews, and resolution of design coordination issues.
- Review consultant and contractor deliverables for quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Manage BIM activities within the Common Data Environment and coordinate with Information Management.
