Responsibilities
- Create clear and concise UX copy for web and mobile applications in Arabic and English
- Write labels, instructions, error messages, validation messages, help content, and confirmation messages
- Develop bilingual content for SMS, email, push notifications, and in app communications
- Ensure consistency in terminology, tone of voice, and content across all user journeys
- Collaborate with UX Designers to improve usability and customer experience
- Maintain content inventories, style guides, and bilingual glossaries
- Support accessibility by writing plain language, user friendly content
- Participate in content reviews, user testing, and QA to ensure linguistic accuracy and quality
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong grammar, editing and localization skills in both languages
- Demonstrated expertise in Content Strategy and Writing
- Experience with Technical Writing for software or technology products
- Experience collaborating in cross functional product teams (design, product, engineering)
- Familiarity with AI, data platforms or enterprise technology environments
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, HCI, Design, Journalism, Technical Writing or related discipline

Role Overview
