Description

  • Lead end to end proposal development activities from Pursue/No Pursue through contract award for all D&S opportunities.
  • Collaborate with capture teams to develop high quality, compliant proposal deliverables.
  • Coordinate, execute, manage, and deliver competitive proposals aligned with defined winning themes.
  • Identify and articulate organizational discriminators that increase probability of win.
  • Review solicitation documents (e.g., RFPs, RFIs) to understand requirements and translate customer needs.
  • Define proposal strategies that address customer requirements in a cost effective manner.
  • Prepare and present proposal reviews to management.
  • Develop timely, high quality proposals aligned with customer requirements.
  • Interface with Sales, Marketing, Program Management, and engineering teams.
  • Prepare cost basis of estimates and support cost analysis and justification activities.
  • Identify and assess program risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Program Management to develop program schedules.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a high technology industry.
  • Ability to quickly learn and analyze complex systems involving hardware and software components.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision in fast paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and make informed decisions.
  • Customer focused mindset with negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge of flight simulators and/or aircraft systems.
  • Familiarity with Defense & Security (D&S) products and services.
  • Experience supporting medium complexity bids (CAT1–CAT2).
  • Experience working in cross functional and global environments.
