Responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and proposal submissions
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and project information for submissions
- Prepare high quality proposals, presentations, capability statements, and prequalification documents
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered within deadlines
- Maintain bid pipelines, trackers, and company credentials
- Support operational planning, project coordination, and process improvements
- Assist senior management with reporting, resource planning, and business performance tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal management, operations, or project coordination
- Previous experience within architecture, interior design, engineering consultancy, construction, or design & build sectors
- Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment

Role Overview
- We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique architecture and interior design consultancy in Dubai that specializes in high end residential, hospitality, and mixed use projects.
- Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Bid & Operations Manager to oversee the end to end bid process while driving operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and proposal submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and project information for submissions.

Compensation
- Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month
