Company Description

Job Description

  • Ensure prompt and efficient handling of all guest luggage on arrival, during stay, departure, and luggage store.
  • Assure that every luggage is covered with a baggage claim tag.
  • Park guests and visitors vehicles in designated hotel parking area.
  • Resolve guests complaints/requests and liaise with department concerned.
  • Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security.
  • Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the Concierge desk.
  • Be aware of hotel accident prevention policies.
  • Maintain efficient, clean, safe and hygienic maintenance of Concierge Desk area.
  • Maintain accurate records/documentation as per operational requirements.
  • Provide lobby paging services under supervision of Concierge.
  • Practice suggestive selling and familiarize guests to hotel facilities.
  • Coordinate with Front Office to ensure payment of guest folios is protected.

Qualifications

  • University degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role in a 4 5 star hotel.
