Job description
- Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading during arrival and departure.
- Greet guests and provide guidance throughout the hotel, lobby, entrance, and parking areas.
- Coordinate guest flow and movement during peak times.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel layout, services, and amenities.
- Follow established protocols to support guest safety and security.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues positively.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams.

Qualifications
- Previous bellman or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
- Strong physical fitness is needed to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming and uniform standards are required.
- Flexible availability is needed for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- A team-oriented, proactive, and helpful approach is expected.
- Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services is required.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure is required.
- Basic computer skills are needed for guest requests and departmental communication.
