- Welcome clients and provide a unique, memorable experience in line with Chanel's rituals and standards

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while cross selling across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories
- Participate in beauty events and workshops for clients
- Maintain boutique appearance according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Handle client complaints and requests effectively
- Collaborate with team members to drive collective boutique success
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor within a high end or luxury retail environment
- Fluency in English
- Passion for make up and beauty
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Context & Environment
- Position based in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi.
- As a Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the sales team within our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique (make up, fragrances and skincare).
- You will contribute to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience.

- Share solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage and know how with clients and the team.
- Co create stories with and for clients, blending brand culture with their personal story.
- Constantly follow latest Beauty trends and be pro active in self learning.
- Be a brand ambassador by respecting grooming guidelines at all times.
Surpassing client expectations
- Create a tailor made experience, offering personalized solutions and ensuring excellence in client service.
- Ensure clients are welcomed in the expected manner to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.
- Develop cross selling among all categories in the boutique.
- Handle client complaints and requests effectively and according to guidelines.
- Build your own client database and consistently focus on clienteling alongside your Manager.
- Actively participate in beauty events and workshops organized for clients.
Boutique operation
- Ensure the Boutique is perfectly well maintained in respect to the VM guidelines.
- Understand and participate in the operation of the Boutique and provide your Manager with appropriate reports.
- Collaborate with others and contribute to building the success of the Boutique by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Key Competencies & Requirements
- You are a Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years of experience within a high end or Luxury Retail environment.
- Fluency in English is a must, Arabic or Russian would be an advantage.
- You are passionate about make up and beauty overall and have a strong understanding of excellent client experience.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and an intercultural approach.
