Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate Beam Saw machines to cut wood, MDF, chipboard, or other materials as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Setup and adjustments: Set up the machine, adjust saw blades, speed and feed rates for different materials and job requirements.
- Quality control: Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the machine operates efficiently
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of materials used, production output, and machine performance
- Collaboration: Work with Team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in operating beam saw or similar machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of different materials and their properties
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials
- Understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation
- Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
