About the Role
Mondrian Hotels is looking for a Bartender to join their team in Doha. Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure friendly and efficient service of food and beverages to guests.

Responsibilities
- Set up and breakdown the bar
- Wash and Polish all glassware
- Ensure consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
- Ensure order of bar and cleanliness in accordance to health and safety regulations
- Ensure that bar is stocked to par levels
- Understand the operational set up and principle of the Restaurant, lounge, and bar
- Maintain knowledge of all Beverage menus within the hotel
- Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Ensure good communication with Management
- Maintain complete knowledge of all Food menu items
- Prepare and check tables before service
- Clear and reset tables
Requirements
- Ability to set up and break down the bar
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of all Beverage menus within the hotel
- Knowledge of all Food menu items
- Proficient in effective and efficient table maintenance
- Must be assertive and attentive at all times
