- Set up and breakdown the bar
- Wash and polish all glassware
- Ensure consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
- Ensure order of bar and cleanliness in accordance to health and safety regulations
- Ensure that bar is stocked to par levels
- Maintain knowledge of all Beverage menus within the hotel
- Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Ensure good communication with Management
- Prepare and check tables before service
- Clear and reset tables
- Complete all opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Knowledge of beverage menus
- Ability to provide friendly, courteous and professional service
- Proficient in effective and efficient table maintenance
- Assertive and attentive at all times
- Thorough knowledge of all product and service procedures

How your day looks like?

- Clear and reset tables
