Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic candidate to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Prepare food and beverages as per brand standards
- Operate POS/cash counter and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, and service areas
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines
- Support team members during busy hours
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in QSR or Cafe is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit to stand for long hours
