- Greet guests courteously and assist with menu selections
- Take orders accurately at the counter or drive thru
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Uphold a welcoming and polite attitude at all times
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage items following standard recipes
- Maintain quality, portion control, and food safety standards
- Operate POS systems, handle cash and electronic payments accurately
- Pack orders efficiently and ensure accuracy before delivery to guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining, kitchen, and service areas
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies (including proper temperature control)
- Dispose of waste and clean equipment responsibly
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house teams
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer oriented personality
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Good basic math skills (for POS and cash handling)
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage but not mandatory
- Food handling certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

About the Role
- We are seeking energetic, customer focused individuals to join our team as Crew Members.
