- Manage the overall day to day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence
- Manage restaurant performance to achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets
- Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with company SOPs
- Prepare staff schedules based on business requirements while controlling labor costs
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and wastage to maximize profitability
- Handle guest complaints professionally and implement effective service recovery
- Ensure compliance with UAE Municipality regulations, HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards
- Conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and implement improvement plans
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in a casual dining restaurant in the UAE
- Proven experience managing high volume restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, including P&L, food cost, labor cost, and inventory control
- Experience leading and managing multicultural teams
- Strong understanding of UAE food safety, HACCP, and Municipality regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Experience using restaurant POS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Overview

Preferred Qualifications
