About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, specialty teas, smoothies, fresh juices, and other wellness beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare traditional and specialty matcha beverages with proper whisking, consistency, presentation, and quality.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to clients, members, and visitors.
• Maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming beverage area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, matcha tools, blenders, juicers, and other beverage equipment.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and ensure adequate stock of beverage supplies.
• Maintain beverage presentation and portion consistency.
• Answer basic questions about beverage ingredients and accommodate client preferences where appropriate.
• Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant team member.
• Work closely with the clinic team to provide a seamless and elevated client experience.
• Maintain professional standards and assist with cleaning and general upkeep of the beverage area.

Requirements

• Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Experience preparing matcha and specialty beverages is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and detail is required.
• A genuine interest in wellness, nutrition, and healthy living is required.
• The candidate must be able to work efficiently while maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Reliability, punctuality, and organization are required.
• Food safety or barista certification is a plus.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,900 to AED 4,000 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person at a wellness clinic.
