Accountant

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Process CPVs, supplier, bank, POS, and cash reconciliations, and manage accounts receivable and daily collections.
• Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes, petty cash allocations, staff payment vouchers, and organized financial records.
• Prepare daily, monthly, customized financial, management, revenue, profitability, cash flow, and doctor compensation reports.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, financial models, business plans, and analysis of financial and operational data.
• Create Excel reports, dashboards, financial models, and automated reporting tools using applicable coding or automation tools.
• Liaise with branch staff and management to resolve financial and accounting queries.
• Assist HR with payroll processing, salary preparation, and payroll reconciliation.
• Support VAT returns, corporate tax, management accounts, audits, budgeting, and investor reports.
• Support procurement, vendor management, cost control, expense monitoring, and cash flow review.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable UAE regulatory requirements.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, financial modelling, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience with business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.
• Experience with payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar systems.
• Coding or automation experience using Python, VBA, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is highly preferred.
• Ability to work with large datasets and produce clear management reports.
• Attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, professional integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clinic or healthcare accounting knowledge is advantageous.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA, CA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

• Pay is AED 7,500 to AED 8,000 per month.
