Job Summary
ALBADDAD Group is seeking a friendly, reliable, customer-oriented Barista.
The role prepares and serves beverages, maintains a clean coffee bar, and serves employees and visitors.
The position is full time in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and smoothies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and equipment.
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and occasional guests.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
- Support occasional catering or hospitality needs during meetings and company events.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.
- Knowledge of coffee machines, grinders, and brewing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak and understand both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Friendly attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
