- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, milkshakes, and desserts according to Sugarmoo standards
- Ensure product quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and customer areas
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Assist with inventory checks and stock management
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, dessert shop, or customer service role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food handling practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and customer focused approach
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary
