About the Role

Responsibilities
- Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
- Be a part of the change, drive the revenue and guest satisfaction
- Ensure that guests are receiving service and experience according to the Four Seasons standards
- Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
- Be actively involved in employee training and development
- Participate and assist management of the venue with hiring process of new staff
Requirements
- Experience in managing fine dining restaurants with Asian concept
- Fluent in at least two international languages
- Good knowledge of Chinese and Japanese food is a plus
- Exposed to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage
- Degree Holder in Hospitality Management
- Previous working experience in Dubai or the Middle East

About The Role
- A Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Hendricks Bar/Cigar lounge, ensuring an elevated guest experience through expert knowledge of cigars, premium beverages, and service standards.
What You Will Do
