- Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all bar operations
- Drive business performance through revenue generating initiatives, operational analysis, team development, and effective resolution of guest feedback and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the luxury hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations, cocktail development, inventory management, and cost control
- Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire high performing bar teams
- Certification in Mixology or Beverage Management is considered an advantage

- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bar Manager to join Jumeirah Al Qasr from September 2026 onwards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with brand and HACCP requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
