- Oversee the development and implementation of departmental strategies and concepts
- Ensure beverage operations meet brand's target customer needs and maximize financial performance
- Maintain constant communication with suppliers and bring in activations to the venue
- Control inventories and maintain healthy par stock for the bar
- Deliver products and services to meet or exceed expectations of target customers and employees
- Develop strong relationships with best guests and federate employees around projects and goals
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
- Check stock and requisition necessary supplies
- Communicate last call at designated closing time
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B and nightlife venues/clubs within luxury hotels and resorts, preferably in Dubai
- Managerial role experience is must
- Creativity and solid knowledge of cocktails and spirits
- Good business acumen, strong work ethic, and people management skills
- Effective problem solving skills, ability to take decisions independently
- Prior Mixologist experience
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Clear and concise communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Experience in hiring and training new employees
- Management or equivalent experience is required
- Flexibility with schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays

What you will do
- Overseeing the development and implementation of departmental strategies and concepts.
- Ensuring the beverage operations meet the brand's target customer needs ensures employee satisfaction focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the departments.
- Maintain constant communication with suppliers and bring in activations to the venue.
- Have good control of inventories and maintain healthy par stock for the bar.
- Delivering products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customers and property employees and providing a return on investment.
- Developing a strong relation with our best guests, federate employees around project and goals.
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
- Check stock and requisition necessary supplies.
- Communicate the last call at the designated closing time.
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating, and coaching employees.
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B and nightlife venues / clubs within luxury hotels and resorts preferably in Dubai. Managerial role experience is must
