Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for event organizers and delegates, delivering personalized service throughout the event journey
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings, conferences, and social functions
- Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and event setups to ensure accuracy and alignment with guest expectations
- Conduct pre event briefings and follow ups, ensuring all details and timelines are communicated
- Remain present during events to proactively support guests and resolve requests
- Oversee event materials, signage, and collateral for accuracy and timely delivery
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in hospitality, preferably in events, banquets, or guest facing roles
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

The Team
- You will be part of the Events team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, working with the Director of Banqueting & Convention Services.
- The team brings events to life from corporate meetings to weddings and social celebrations.
Your Role
- As Banquets & Conferences Concierge, you will be the key point of contact for event organizers and delegates.
- You will work cross functionally with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, and other teams.
How You’ll Make the Place
- Act as main point of contact for event organizers and delegates.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams for seamless execution.
- Review banquet event orders and event setups.
- Conduct pre event briefings and follow ups.
- Remain present during events to support guests.
- Oversee event materials, signage, and collateral.
Could This Be You?
- At least one year of experience in hospitality, preferably in events, banquets, or guest facing roles.
- Natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communicator and collaborator.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
